All exterior paint jobs include the following:
- Pressure wash all surfaces that will be painted. Chlorine will be sprayed to kill and remove mildew as needed.
- Sanding and scraping to remove all loose and failed paint. This provides a smooth surface for product to adhere to.
- Prime all bare surfaces with a high quality exterior primer.
- Caulk is applied to all surface cracks and holes, windows and door frames.
- Repair any cracks in the stucco with Elastomeric patching compound
- Mask necessary surfaces to prevent overspray, includes windows, brick, roof line, trees and bushes/scrubs.
- Paint the stucco with a high quality acrylic paint.
- Paint all trim and doors with either oil based or latex paint.
- Our painting crew will do a daily cleanup and a thorough cleaning at the end of the project.
Homeowners are responsible for:
- Trimming all plants and landscape away from the walls.
- Removing all automobiles from the work area
- Removing breakable items away from the patio and porch.
The interior process
All interior paint jobs include the following:
- Move all furniture.
- Cover flooring and furniture with drop clothes.
- Remove all switch plates and unwanted nails and patch holes
- Protect all surfaces not being painted
- Patch and caulk as required
- Smooth any imperfections in the walls
- Paint the interior with high quality paint.
- Paint all trim and doors with either oil based or latex paint
- Move all furniture back into place
Homeowners are responsible for:
- Removing all art/paintings from the walls
- Removing anything breakable and valuable from the rooms being painted
